We strive to educate athletes on true training principles, teach the best practices that help athletes learn, upgrade, consolidate & master movement skills, and help them reveal, develop & sharpen their inner powers to reach the mountaintop on their athletic journey.

- Organization and programming of training, movement mechanics coaching [acceleration, max. velocity mechanics, jump mechanics & technique development].
- Movement optimization. Teaching/ coaching movement solutions, strategies and their progressions.
- Return to Performance. Restoration of physical capacities after injury/ detraining (restoration of neuromuscular, musculo-skeletal functions)
- Addressing deficits and gaps for continual improvement and health maintenance of athletes, on individual level – by specific demands of the sport & position/ event.
- Therapeutic inputs, treatment of dysfunctions in neuromuscular, musculoskeletal & fascial systems.
